2015 is almost over

2015 was a very bad year for me. It’s too much to write on the Internet but one thing I’ve learned is to keep going. Life happens; sometimes in the worst way. Sometimes your response isn’t ideal. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to keep pressing towards your goals and know that darkness doesn’t last always. As we swiftly approach 2016, I’m grateful for this terrible year. I’ve grown from the painful experiences and have a new appreciation for certain people in my life. Although difficult, I’ve slowly been able to move past things and look to the future. Although I believe change can and should happen at any time, I do believe in having yearly goals. In the coming weeks, I will be reviewing my 2015 goals and setting 2016 ones. I know that my health will be at the top of the list. My stress levels have caused massive weight gain and I desperately need to make my health a top priority. And who knows, a new family member just might make the list 😉
